The hotel could be good in summer
Sea view, staff were very nice, private swimming pool pool pool but we did not use it because it was cold
I was not good experience for us we were planning to stay two nights but we cut our trip to crete my be because we visited the Island at the srong time early in April 2025 so everything was closed or under construction or renovation including this hotel no restaurants they asked us to order breakfast in the room

„Keine 5 Stern / Renovierung nötig / Essen eine Katastrophe
Der Ausblick sowie die Lage des Hotels
Der Zustand ist schlecht und abgewohnt es muss dringend saniert werden , es bestehen Sicherheitsmängel am Pool , unter den Matratzen liegen Sperrholzplatten kein Lattenrost, es gibt keinen Kofferservice , das Frühstück ist langweilig von schlechter Qualität und nicht abwechslungsreich . Das Abendessen ist eine Katastrophe die meisten Speißen sind Instantfood / Fertiggericht oder gefrorenes . Das sich das Management dafür nicht schämt ist wirklich schlimm . Alles keine 5 Sterne ich würde hier maximal 3,5 Sterne geben der Preis ist damit nicht gerechtfertigt . Ich würde das Hotel so nicht wieder besuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen .

„Nie wieder!
Pool, aussicht
War unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, wir würden nicht wieder kommen. Die Anlage an sich ist schön, man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Bis zum Stadtzentrum und Strand mit dem Auto 5 - 10 Minuten. Taxi hat es sehr wenige und man muss lange warten und manchmal kommt gar keines also sitzt man teilweise an der rezeption für 30-60 minuten und wartet auf das taxi. Laufen ist unmöglich! Das Hotel besitzt keine eigenen Chauffeure oder shuttelbusse (schade!!) Das Gepäck muss man selbst zur villa transportieren, was ziemlich anstrengend ist, da das Gelände sehr steil ist. Bei einem „Luxus“ & 5 Sterne Hotel wie diesem erwartet man etwas anderes. Wir haben die Präsidenten Villa gemietet. Bekamen die kleinste Villa, hatten den kleinsten Pool, den kleinsten Garten. Fragwürdig, ob dies wirklich die Präsidenten Villa war. Die Villa selbst war nicht komplett sauber, innen ist alles altmodisch und heruntergekommen, müsste dringend wieder renoviert werden! Die Badezimmer sind durchsichtig, die Türen vorallem im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht komplett schliessen und gehen ständig auf und zu, wenn man duscht ist der ganze Boden vollkommen nass. In der Küche findet man knapp bis gar keine Utensilien zum Kochen. Möbel hat es in der Villa und auf der Terrasse viel zu wenig. Klima funktoniert nicht, die Bedienungsgerät kann nicht verwendet werden - auch das prov. Klebeband hilft da nicht viel. Das Hotel hat auf jeden Fall die besten Jahre bereits hinter sich. Der Kundenservice könnte massiv besser sein, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht motiviert und geben freche Antworten. Auch der Manager des Hotels muss zwingend noch einmal überdenken, wie er mit seiner Kundschaft umgeht. Wenn man Essen bestellt, hat man mindestens eine Stunde Wartezeit - sofern das Hotelpersonal die Bestellung nicht vergisst, was auch vorgekommen ist. Kein Concierge Service, Touren müssen selbst gebucht werden, Autos ebenfalls.

„Entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Hotel!
Die Aussicht mit Blick aufs Meer und Zentrum beim Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Große Poollandschaft mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte umfangreicher sein, kaum eine Auswahl. Man erhält Filterkaffee und für z.B einen Capuccino muss man extra bezahlen! Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, die alten Möbel, die unbequemen Betten, die Dusche ist in der Badewanne somit muss man über die Badewanne steigen um Duschen zu können, ist auch nicht für jeden geeignet. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel, ruhig und abgelegen was wir in Ordnung fanden, jedoch sollte man wissen, das ein Fahrzeug benötigt wird um ins Zentrum oder Strand zu gelangen, da es zu Fuß zu weit entfernt ist.
